2010 China International Industry Fair
2010 China International Industry Fair (CIIF in brief) will be
held in Nov 9—13, 2010 in Shanghai New International Expo
Centre. As the most influential international industry brand
exhibition in China, CIIF is organized by National Development
and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of
Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Science and
Technology, Ministry of Education, Chinese Academy of Science,
Chinese Academy of Engineering, China Council for the Promotion
of International Trade, Shanghai Municipal People’s Government,
co-organized by China Machinery Industry Federation and managed
by Shanghai World Expo (Group) Co., Ltd.,. CIIF is annually held
in November, and it is the 12th session in 2010.
Themed by “Scientific Innovation and Equipment Manufacturing
Revitalization”, CIIF 2010 has four major functions, which are
trading, exhibition, awards and forum, and will occupy a display
area of about 110,000 sqm. Six specialized shows will be
contained in CIIF 2010, which are Metalworking and CNC Machine
Tool Show, Industry Automation Show, Environmental Protection
Technology & Equipment Show, Information and Communication
Technology Show, Energy Show and Scientific and Technological
Innovation Show. Over 1,600 exhibitors will attend the fair and
estimated more than 100,000 professional visitors/ buyers will
attend CIIF 2010. Simultaneously, around 70 conferences and
forums will be organized to enrich the fair.
